Following the end of the regular warranty, the extended warranty provides an additional coverage period. Below are the part defects covered by the extension and the additional month(s) applicable.
Warranty Period Coverage:
1 month: side light stripe.
3 months:voltage lock, charger, charging port, switch button, front side lights, rear side lights, headlight, brake handle, brake disc, kickstand, controller, wheel hub.
6 months:front shock absorber, rear shock absorber, throttle.
12 months:motor (motor wire issues not included).
Note:
- The battery is not covered by the extended warranty.
- The warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect usage, poor maintenance or unauthorized technical adjustments as advised in the user manual.
- We provide our customers with replacements of defect parts only once.
- The warranty is limited to the first purchaser. If you sell your Nanrobot scooter, the warranty cannot be transferred to the new owner. If there is a need to claim the warranty, the original buyer needs to present the Nanrobot purchase invoice as evidence of transaction.
- Once the normal warranty ends, the provision of free after-sales services ends too. That is when the extended warranty coverage begins.
Nanrobot’s customer service is always available to answer any questions you might have and our service team is also right here to provide technical assistance when needed. Please contact us via email at support@nanrobot.com.

Hello! I just had a quick question - I just bought a D6+ 2.0, and I was just wondering how warranty works as I was never given a prompt for it. Is it as simple as just buying the extended warranty service? Im asking as I want to be able to metaphorically "connect it" to the scooter I just bought, but maybe i'm overthinking. Thank you and let me know!
