Effective March 2022, Nanrobot terminated its cooperation with Roadrunner as an authorized dealer. We understand that some of you may have purchased your scooters through Roadrunner or other dealers, and we want to assure you that Nanrobot remains committed to providing comprehensive after-sales services and support to all our valued customers, irrespective of their purchase source.
